Service Management System (HYS)
Service Management System (HYS) is utilized in Bantas for Cash-in-Transit (CIT) and Cash Processing (CP) services of our customers.
All services request are received through HYS and all services, i.e. preparation of bags, cash counting, reconciliation, reporting, are managed in this application. If they wish, our customers can directly connect to our system via web service to run their order and reconciliation processes.
With the use of HYS, our customers can
- monitor the instant status of their service requests
- do and monitor the reconciliation of the services
- and reflect the results to their accounts
In CIT operations (receiving/delivering valuables at service points) transactions are carried out with HYS's mobile (handheld terminal) application function. In this way, delivery information at service points can be recorded and monitored instantly.
